We are looking for a visionary Motion Designer with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to bring ideas to life both visually and verbally. You don’t just lead projects—you actively create them. You’ll work on a range of projects, big and small, from start to finish. While motion graphics is your specialty, you’re eager to expand into new areas. You enjoy collaborating with developers to find creative ways to integrate motion into products and are always pushing for the best outcome. Whether it's perfecting a transition, visualizing a story or building a branded UI motion system, you strive to make every piece of work exceptional. You’re open to experimenting with new technologies and approaches, always aiming to push creativity beyond what’s expected.

Responsibilities

As a part of this role, you will:

• Work on a diverse range of projects to create interactive animations that elevate the brands we work with
• Bring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in every phase, from concept to delivery, while wearing multiple hats
• Engage in a hands-on, collaborative approach through all stages of the project.
• Bring passion for motion that extends beyond just marketing applications
• Drive the vision for planning motion aspects of the team’s visual deliverables
• Create processes to improve workflows and mentor other team mates on the basics and value of motion design
• Research competitors, trends, patterns and best-practices, visual design inspiration and industry insights
• Synthesize and present findings, while clearly articulating design decisions
• Comfortably work in an iterative, and collaborative environment where work is shared daily

Must-haves

• 2-3 years experience as a Motion Designer or similar at a design studio or creative agency
• High level of skill in creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and transitions using tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar software
• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling, and how these elements work together in motion
